Notes

Idea
A projection booth for a film restoration archive: the seek bar is a 35mm film strip whose frames light up tungsten amber as the film plays, and the center play is a lens whose six-blade aperture opens when the film starts and closes again when you pause.
Accessibility
Unplayed frames sit at 3:1 against the film base and played frames above 10:1, the ivory frame line is edged in black so it reads on amber and on gray alike, and the whole 44px strip is the Video.js slider itself, so arrow keys, Home and End seek and screen readers hear the time.
Craft
The strip is one mask tile, a single four-perforation frame repeated, laid over flat unplayed, buffered and played tones, so each frame and its sprocket holes light together as playback passes them; the band's 8px chips take a focus ring 2px out at 10px, so the corners stay concentric.
